Porvenir was the very first site of programming for Arpegio Perú. In a small room behind the shoemakers shop, students and teachers started meeting over ten years ago to learn and share music.  Today, Porvenir boasts a strong program with a solid youth orchestra and a roster of successful alumni such as Arpegio’s own Artistic Director, Paul Bazalar Moncada.
